“For months even the realtor couldn’t find a buyer…”
Daniel asked me to write him a review and I’m more than happy to. I had heard about investors and wholesalers getting your house under contract and wasting your time. But for months even the realtor couldn’t find a buyer who was willing to pay our asking price. Talk about a waste of time. The contract with the realtor was up and Daniel happened to speak with my wife about our situation. When he said he was an investor I was ready to say NO thank you, but I figured if the realtor already wasted my time might as well try this way.
